A grilled pork loin chop, served on sage & onion mashed potato with a creamy garlic, mushroom & bacon sauce.
CHICKEN ON TARRAGON, MUSHROOM & LEEK ROSTI
Breast of chicken, served on rosti topped with leeks & mushroom, drizzled with a home made pesto.
PLAICE FILLET
Coated with spinach & rolled, baked in the oven in a white wine & prawn béchamel sauce.
